Saved by the Microwave

Today's big thrill is a new microwave.  Some folks may roll their eyes, but I am completely serious - I am so excited!!  With a busy schedule that sometimes requires separate meal times combined with culinary skills that are somewhat lacking, the past week has been very challenging in the kitchen...  Hunan's (our favorite take-out) just doesn't taste the same re-heated on the stove and cheese quesadillas are impossible!  Hip, hip hurray for Doug and Brianne's installation job!!  Woohoo!!
